Who we are
This site (portalcore.io) is the public store for Portal. The product app lives at app.portalcore.io. For access or privacy requests, use Request access or write to the team.
What we collect
On this site we may collect: the language you browse in, pages viewed, and — if you subscribe — first name, last name, work email and payment status handled by Stripe.
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies remember your cookie choice and keep checkout working. They do not require consent.
Analytics cookies
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Site Kit to measure visits. The tag stays denied until you accept. You can refuse or change your mind at any time.
Payments
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Stripe may set its own cookies on its domain to complete the payment. We store the subscription email and name to unlock the same login in the Portal app.
How long we keep data
Your cookie choice is stored for 6 months. Analytics data follows the Google Analytics retention you set. Billing records are kept as long as the subscription and legal accounting require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data linked to your email, and you can refuse analytics cookies without losing access to the catalog.
